In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, we inform you that the website axis-software.solutions (the “Site”) is owned by:

Hereinafter, “Axis Software” or the “Owner”.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Axis Software and its products and offers a way to get in touch. It does not allow purchases or sign-ups. Axis Software’s products are offered on their own websites and are governed by their own terms of use and policies, which prevail over this notice in everything that concerns them.
3. Conditions of use
Access to the Site is free of charge. Anyone who accesses it (the “User”) accepts this legal notice and undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, the User shall refrain from:
- using the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the rights of third parties;
- introducing or spreading programs or code that may damage or alter the Site, the Owner’s systems or those of third parties;
- attempting to access restricted areas of the Owner’s systems or to circumvent their security measures;
- systematically extracting or reusing the contents of the Site without authorization.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The Site and its contents — texts, design, images, source code, logos, trade names and distinctive signs, including “Axis Software”, “Kaku” and “Don! Studio” — belong to Axis Software Solutions, S.L. or to third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may view the Site and make copies for personal and private use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires the Owner’s prior written authorization, except where permitted by law. You may link to the Site provided the link does not suggest a relationship or an endorsement that does not exist.
5. Liability
The information on the Site is general and informative in nature. The Owner strives to keep it accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, and may modify, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and is not liable for interruptions, failures or damage caused by events beyond its control, by use of the Site contrary to this notice or by the actions of third parties. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, or the rights that the law grants to consumers.
6. Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Owner does not control their content or policies and is not responsible for them. If the Owner becomes aware that a linked site is unlawful, it will promptly remove the link.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the Site are explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
8. Changes
The Owner may amend this legal notice to adapt it to changes in the law or in the Site itself. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any matter arising from its interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia. However, where the User is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those that consumer law mandatorily determines, which as a general rule are those of the consumer’s place of residence.
