Hereinafter, “we” or “us”.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit axis-software.solutions (the “Site”) or write to us at the contact addresses shown on it. It is not a contract you have to accept: it informs you.
Our products have their own privacy policy, which is the one that applies when you use them.
3. What data we process
3.1. When you visit the Site
The Site has no user registration and uses no analytics or advertising tools. When you visit it, only technical connection data is processed: your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page requested and the type of browser and device. This data is logged by the server that hosts the Site, as on any web server, in order to serve you the pages and protect the Site against abuse.
The Site also stores a cookie in your browser with the language of your visit. We explain it in the Cookie policy.
3.2. When you write to us
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your email address, the subject and content of your message, and your name if you give it to us. Messages sent through the form are not stored on the Site: they are sent to us by email.
To prevent abuse of the form, the Site remembers for one hour the connection from which a message was sent, by means of an identifier derived from your IP address that does not allow it to be reconstructed.
3.3. Don! Studio waitlist
If you write to us to join the waitlist, we keep your email address in order to let you know when the product becomes available.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.), nor are they needed for any of these purposes: please do not send them to us.
4. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

We make no automated decisions, we do no profiling, and we do not use your data to send you commercial communications you have not asked for.
5. Who else has access to your data
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The following have access to it, as providers that deliver a service to us:

We may also disclose data to authorities and courts when a legal provision requires us to do so.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States. Hostinger International Ltd. is a European Union company, although it may process data from other countries. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the safeguards provided in Chapter V of the GDPR: the recipient’s participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where it exists, and otherwise the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. 7. How long we keep your data
- Messages and enquiries: for as long as the conversation lasts and, once it is closed, for the time needed to deal with possible claims.
- Don! Studio waitlist: until we notify you of the launch or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
- Technical connection data: for the limited time during which our hosting provider keeps its server logs.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct any that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw it whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Restriction: to ask us to suspend processing while a complaint is being resolved.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
To exercise them, write to us at hello@axis-software.solutions by any means that allows us to verify your identity. We will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of the European Union Member State where you live or work, at any time and without having to contact us first.
9. Security
The Site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
10. Minors
The Site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the way we process data or the applicable law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
